About This Project

Engaged by Bank Pembangunan, Malaysia’s national development bank to develop the market positioning strategy and identity for Malaysia’s new SME Bank which included  the creation of an SME Advisory Centre and the competency enhancement of customer-facing employees through the deployment of the Trax markethink® method.
